This workshop allows participants to experientially discover how working together almost always produces a superior result than working alone.

We break the group into teams of 4-6 people, placing everyone in a life or death scenario. Each group must come up with a solution. How well the participants work together as a team will determine if they "live or die".

Rather than being a lecture on the importance of teamwork, participants discover first hand how a team solution is almost always superior to an individual solution.

The final portion of the presentation is a discussion on the importance on maintaining a team focus (the importance of relationships) and task focus (the importance of getting the job done). We conclude with how truly effective teams learn to balance both the team and task focus.
