Shipping and Handling

Orders placed by 12:00 PM(EST) generally ship within 1-2 business days.  Shipping and Handling charges will be placed on all orders.  Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.  All Orders, including Expedited Orders, are typically shipped on Tuesday and Thursday.

A $5.00 handling fee will be added to all orders where the customer provides their FedEx or UPS account number.

Order Changes

Please check your online order carefully. Credit cards are charged in real time and All online purchases are considered final. Submitting your order will charge your credit card immediately. Any adjustments after submitting your order will carry a fee of 3% of your total transaction. These adjustments include, but are not limited to: incorrect quantity, removing sales tax, canceling order, adding items, and removing items.

If you are an educator/tax-free organization in the state of Georgia, please call 770-422-5654 or 800-800-8184 before entering checkout to make sure that your account is setup as tax free. Failure to do so will result in your order being charged sales tax. If you are charged sales tax and you would like this changed, you are subject to a fee of 3% of your total transaction.

Audio and Video

All DVDs, CDs, Video, Audio, and Audiobooks are for private home viewing/listening only.

By agreeing with our policies and purchasing one of our multimedia products, you agree that you are licensing for private use only. DVDs, CDs, and Downloaded Video and Audio are not for public showing/listening. Public showing/listening violates this agreement and you may be subject to legal penalty.

Downloaded Audiobook files are not to be copied, transferred, reproduced, recompiled, uploaded, shared, emailed, burned, or edited in any way in whole or in part. Doing so makes you subject to legal penalties. Audiobooks are for private listening, for personal use only.


Our 100% satisfaction guarantee provides you with a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), credit or exchange when you return your purchase within 30 days and in original condition. Receipt required. All Weber Associates products carry an unconditional guarantee against any defect in craftsmanship for one full year. (Other conditions apply to return of handheld devices.)

Handheld Organizers must be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund. Please refer to the detailed return policy included in your handheld organizer package, or call 800-800-8184 for full details.

To Return Merchandise:

Please call for a Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Then follow the three simple steps below:

  1. Indicate the reason for your return, provide customer information, and list the items that you are returning on the reverse side of the packing slip you will receive. Include this packing slip with your return.
  2. Wrap the package securely, and note the Return Authorization number on the front of the package.
  3. Send the package to the address listed below. For your protection, we recommend that you return product using an insured method of shipping. Weber Associates is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
